Return and Refund Policy

Hawks Cards and Collectibles

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell collectible items such as sports cards, Pokémon cards, jerseys, and memorabilia, all sales are handled with care and attention to condition.

2. All Sales Final (Default Policy)

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Collectible items can fluctuate in value and condition sensitivity, so we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

3. Eligible Returns

We may accept returns or issue refunds only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives significantly different from description

  • Item is damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Incorrect item was shipped

4. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Must include original packaging (if applicable)

  • Must not show signs of use or alteration

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at khawksoldrides@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue

  3. We will review and respond with next steps

6. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

7. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
    (We recommend using tracked shipping)

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, you may be issued a refund or store credit depending on the situation.
